Hallo, ich bin Marcin. Ich lebe in Zürich – und genau hier entstand die Idee für Nestio.

Ich bin Vater einer erwachsenen Tochter, doch die Welt der Kinder lag mir schon immer besonders am Herzen. Ihre Neugier, ihre Spontaneität und ihre Fähigkeit, sich über die einfachsten Dinge zu freuen, haben mich schon immer fasziniert.

Mit Nestio beginne ich ein neues Kapitel. Meine Idee ist es, Produkte für Kinder anzubieten, die Sicherheit, Funktionalität und schönes Design miteinander verbinden. Produkte, die Kindern einen gemütlichen Platz zum Spielen, Entdecken und Lernen bieten und gleichzeitig harmonisch in ein modernes Zuhause passen.

Bei der Auswahl achte ich besonders auf Qualität, Komfort und Alltagstauglichkeit. Ich möchte nur Produkte anbieten, denen ich selbst vertrauen würde.

Some time ago, I felt ready to start a new chapter in my life. I wanted to create something of my own — something that would bring me joy and a sense of purpose, while also bringing something positive into other people’s lives.

I spent a long time searching for the right idea. I didn’t want to create something just for the sake of selling another product. I wanted to find something I could truly connect with and that would have a deeper meaning for me.

And then a thought came to me: what if I created something for little ones?

That’s where it all began.

I started looking more closely at the world of children’s products and quickly realised how important it is to combine safety, functionality, and good design. I came to believe that a child’s play space should be just as safe as it is beautiful.

That’s how Nestio was born.

The brand is built around one simple principle: safety comes first, without compromising on good design.

We’re starting with foam play mats, but this is only the beginning. I want to gradually expand Nestio with more carefully selected products for children, including products inspired by the Montessori approach — products that support play, development, and a child’s growing independence.

Nestio is a small, independent brand. Every product is chosen with care, and every order is personally handled.
